Empowering ‘Feel Good, Live Well!’ through ‘21-Day Live Well Journey’
In the hustle and bustle of daily life – especially as we navigate the ever-changing new normal - Starbucks invites Hong Kong to embrace the ‘Feel Good, Live Well!’ mindset. It’s an outlook that helps each of us nurture and find balance in our body, mind and spirit, as well as in the environment that surrounds us. To start the wellness journey, starting June 7 (Monday), Starbucks is rolling out a series of activities and promotions, including the ’21-Day Live Well Journey’ interactive website to help you discover what feels good to you.
To empower customers to practice everyday self-care, Starbucks is tapping into the theory that it takes 21 days of practice to form or reinforce a new habit to introduce the ‘21-Day Live Well Journey’ online platform: https://hk.starbuckslivewell.com (available in Traditional Chinese only). This is an interactive website designed to share daily ideas on how to care for our body, mind and spirit. It’s packed with inspiring content from the introduction of low-carb or plant-based dietary options to simple stretching and breathing exercises.
Starbucks has also partnered with actress Kelly Cheung to share her tips and reminders on maintaining a balanced lifestyle amid her busy schedules. Kelly will also send different friendly reminders through voice notes and videos to support participants along the ‘21-Day Live Well Journey’.
We will be giving away tokens of encouragement such as the Reusable Silicone Straw to first 6,000 participants* upon successful account registration starting May 25. Participants who have successfully completed the daily missions for 7, 14 and 21 days will also have the chance to win various rewards. For more details, please visit: https://hk.starbuckslivewell.com (available in Traditional Chinese only).
* Quota to be shared between Hong Kong and Macau residents. For more details, please refer to 21-Day Live Well Journey website.
