Summary of Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the Marketing department’s daily operations.
  • Perform administrative work such as data entry, e-filing, reports preparation, file-uploading to the website etc.
  • Provide support on Marketing activities.
  • Manage inventory of promotional items & product samples.
  • Assist Head of Marketing with assigned projects.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Open-minded with the ability to thrive under tight timeline.
  • Strong communication, coordination, time management, and interpersonal skills essential for effective teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
